  • What is semi-private training (SPT)?
    Semi-private training (SPT) is our in-person training option at Strength System. Here's a brief breakdown of what you get from our semi-private training service: 3 days/week of training at the gym. Coaching to ensure you get the most out of your workouts. A customized training program based on your goals, training history and past injuries
  • How is semi-private training different from group classes and personal training?
    Personal training is a one-on-one training service. With semi-private training, we maintain a 1:4-5 coach:client ratio. Unlike group classes, the coaching experience and training program is customised based on goals, training and injury history.
  • Can I train more than thrice a week?
    It’s easier to build a long-term relationship with fitness while still making significant progress training 3 times a week. However, if you’d like to train more often, you can choose to do so during our open gym hours. These sessions will not be coached. Alternatively, you can train at home and have us plan the home workouts for you.
  • Do I need to wear shoes for the workout?
    Shoes are not required and we mostly train barefoot. If you’d prefer training with shoes, please maintain a separate pair of training shoes for the gym.
  • Do I need to wear a mask during training?
    Masks and/ or face shields are mandatory to train at the gym. This will be enforced strictly and no exceptions will be made.
  • Will I be provided nutritional advice with the semi-private training service?
    We provide a one-time nutrition consult as part of the semi-private training service.
  • If I am unable to make it for my session, can I reschedule?"
    Absolutely! You can reschedule your session up to 15 minutes before the session starts using the scheduling app - For more information on how to reschedule using the app, please watch this video.
  • If I fall sick or have to travel, can I place my membership on hold?"
    We offer free membership hold options for 3, 6 and 12 month memberships. Please note that there is no membership hold option for one month memberships. Please refer to our membership policy document for more information:
  • Can I cancel and transfer my membership to someone else?
    No. Memberships cannot be cancelled, transferred or converted into any other kind of membership.
  • How many trial sessions can I get?
    We offer one trial session. The session will be charged at Rs. 800/-. This amount will be deducted from your membership fee if you complete registration and payment on the same day.
  • I have an injury, will my workouts be customised?"
    Yes! Your workouts will take into account your injuries.
  • Can I listen to my own music?
    Yes, you can add it to our very democratic Strength System playlist!
  • Why is your gym purple?
